TV Commercials are still one the most effective forms of advertising. Commercials are hard to escape. TV Storyboards creation is the way a commercial is planned, designed and presented. Frame by frame, a story will be told. A storyboard layout of a new commercial will show an image, the dialog that will accompany that image, and any sound effects or music to be inserted.
